Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Update sales inventory
  • Booking of accounts
  • Follow up sales with regards to clients lacking requirements
  • Preparation of CTS and DOAS;
  • Facilitate and process all after sales request of clients
  • Send out notices (demand letter)
  • Commission and incentive processing
  • Monitor account complains, resolutions and request

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any related field
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or sales is an advantage
