Job Summary:

• The Accounts Management Coordinator monitors the delivery status of shipments from assigned ECOM account. Responsible also in monitoring of deposit collections and remittance for assigned ECOM account's transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Capture all transactions of assigned ECOM accounts daily
• Attends to inquiries relative to assigned ECOM accounts
• Monitors and updates delivery status of assigned ECOM accounts' transactions
• Monitors collection deposits for assigned ECOM accounts' transactions
• Monitors remittance of collections to assigned ECOM client's bank account
• Serves as back-up to other ECOM accounts in absence of main account handler
• Prepares PowerPoint presentation needed for ECOM client's business review
• Sends status and remittance report to assigned ECOM clients daily
