Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for employees assigned to the client
Provide HR support on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and retention
Partner with the client on workforce planning and people-related strategies Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service excellence
Qualifications
2–6 years of experience as an Account Manager, HRBP, or in a similar HR role
Solid background in HR Business Partnering, including employee relations and stakeholder management
Experience in recruitment and client-facing roles
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
Work Setup (Hybrid)
1 day onsite in Marikina
2 days onsite in Ortigas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
