Job Description
We are seeking an **Account Manager & Account Executive** to balance relationship management with new business acquisition.This role is **60% farming** (nurturing and growing existing accounts) and **40% prospecting & closing**(converting prospects into new clients).
**Account Management - Farming (60%)**:- Relationship Ownership: Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, becoming their trusted technology advisor- Account Growth: Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts (additional projects, new departments, enhanced services)- Client Success: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with current clients- Issue Resolution: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges- Collaboration: Partner with delivery teams to ensure project success and identify future technology needs- Contract Management: Manage renewals and negotiate expanded scopes of work- Referral Gen...
