1. B2B2C Account Management & Activation (approx. 50% of time initially)
Act as the primary point of contact for fleet managers and partnership stakeholders.
Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition from the sales cycle to live operations.
Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to demonstrate value, cost savings, and business satisfaction.
Develop and execute Activation Plans to increase the penetration rate of Fixter services within partner organisations.
Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the scope of existing partnerships.
Anticipate partner needs and resolve operational friction points before they escalate.
