**Experience**:7-10 years experience in a similar role (account/program/business unit management), in electronics manufacturing or related businessKnowledge:Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing operations.Very proficient with usual software tools as part of proposal/presentation development, data analysis, etc (Word/XL/Powerpoint, etc)Skilled at developing and maintaining strong relationships internally and with customers; influencing without authority and leading/inspiring cross-functional teams across departments/divisions.Experienced in contract & terms negotiations and ongoing administration.
