Account Manager

I'm looking for an Account Manager to help manage and support employee benefit accounts on a day-to-day basis.
In this role, you'll handle client communication, account updates, renewals, reporting, and issue resolution. You'll work closely with a Senior Executive Account Manager and support health insurance and employee benefit administration. Experience with Employee Navigator is a big plus, as we're transitioning our enrollment platform.
What you'll do:

• Manage daily servicing of health insurance and employee benefit accounts
• Process enrollments, terminations, changes, renewals, and ID cards
• Set up and manage groups in Employee Navigator
• Prepare and track benefit applications and insurance documents
• Assist with renewals, quotes, reports, and administrative tasks
• Support clients with claims, billing, and carrier-related issues
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams via email and phone
