Account Manager Dairy (cultures & enzymes), EU (m/f/d)

We seek an Account Manager for Dairy ingredients (cultures & enzymes) in Italy and the Balkans. Based in Milan with extensive travel, you will drive account strategies, report to the Regional Sales Director, and build long-term client relationships. Success in this role is measured by sustained sales growth, stronger margins, a well‑developed opportunity pipeline, high forecast accuracy, and excellent customer satisfaction.



**Your key responsibilities**



+ To set up, coordinate, & execute specific Accounts tactics & plans to realize pre-defined/agreed sales and overall customer relationship objectives, both for the short- and long term. Define and implement a strategic account plan.

+ Monitor and coordinate the execution of the account plan, report based on defined performance indicators and take corrective actions, in order to achieve the results.
