Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent relationship
To build efficient, effective, testable websites
Coordinating with the Project Managers and Team for taking up the requirements
Drawing up detailed website specifications
Testing the website to ensure it is working.
Researching current design trends.
Document the development process modules-wise.
Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.
Ensures all activities are performed with quality and compliance.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Digital account manager in Digital Marketing Agency
Hands on experience with Website development , SEO and SEM
Experience with customer service and account management
