Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with merchants to ensure their account is optimized with the best payment options and price points setup;


• Communicate directly with merchants to help them best utilize different Paymentwall tools, and answer inquiries and support customer requests;


• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Integration and others to ensure the merchant has all the necessary information;


• Build strong personal relationships with current merchants to help them reach their monetary goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken and written English, more than CET6;


• Recognize foreign investment in start-up corporate culture;


• Careful and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, active work and teamwork;


• Good communication, learning ability, strong service awareness;


• Proficiency in office and other office software;
