Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Account Manager to serve as the central point of contact for all client accounts across our group activities, including facility management, real estate services, and global trading. This is a strategic client-facing role that requires excellent communication, coordination, and project oversight skills.
You will manage the day-to-day client interactions, ensure service delivery across departments, resolve issues promptly, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain high satisfaction levels. Your success will be measured by client retention, upselling effectiveness, and the smooth execution of deliverables across verticals.
