Reporting to the Manager, Sales, the Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts by building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales volumes and margins. This role focuses on long-term account development, customer retention, and strategic growth while working closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and service commitments are delivered.
