Role Overview

  • As an Account Manager – Expand, you are responsible for growing and retaining existing enterprise customers after they have been acquired.
  • Your mission is to maximize Net Revenue Retention through expansion, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals while ensuring long-term customer value.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
  • Drive expansion and renewal revenue.
  • Lead QBRs and value realization sessions.
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Manage renewals, pricing adjustments, and contract expansions.
  • Partner closely with internal teams.
  • Monitor account health and mitigate churn risk.
