Enhance client relations and drive sales as an Account Manager focused on engagement. You will work to retain and grow Canadian client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
This role is pivotal in developing business strategies and maintaining high client satisfaction. Your skills in SAP SuccessFactors will aid in anticipating industry shifts and delivering custom solutions. Collaborate with internal teams and manage key client relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue by leveraging upselling opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with key client stakeholders
• Develop and present customized client proposals
• Lead contract renewal and negotiation processes
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
