In this role, you’ll lead client portfolios of varying sizes and industries, supporting them in optimizing their business travel and technology solutions.
What You'll Do:
Regular Cross functional collaboration with other Amex GBT departments such as Traveler Care, Finance, Technology etc
Prepare and presents client Quarterly Planning Session (QPSs)
Proactively recognize risks to the portfolio, identify an action plan and coordinate mitigating actions with TravCare Leaders.
Maintain and share industry knowledge with client, especially key themes such as sustainable travel, mobile/digital tech and NDC.
