Account Manager German Speaking (GMN)

In this role, you’ll lead client portfolios of varying sizes and industries, supporting them in optimizing their business travel and technology solutions.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Regular Cross functional collaboration with other Amex GBT departments such as Traveler Care, Finance, Technology etc
+ Prepare and presents client Quarterly Planning Session (QPSs)
+ Proactively recognize risks to the portfolio, identify an action plan and coordinate mitigating actions with TravCare Leaders.
+ Maintain and share industry knowledge with client, especially key themes such as sustainable travel, mobile/digital tech and NDC.
