**The Impact You'll Make**

This role will maintain and develop/expand key OEM customers to foster the business vertical marketing business growth; The role will develop the HVAC&R OEM sales growth with Danfoss solution providing and value creation.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Implement OEM business strategy of DCD in the HVAC&R;
+ Maintain the current key OEM customers for HVAC to complete the sales target;
+ To explore and expand new customers to realize the break-through from 0 to 1;
+ Build up the strategic relationship with the identified key OEM customers for HVAC&R;
+ Drive E2E solution for OEM Values and competences
