Job Description
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong, long-lasting relationships with Clients. Understanding clients’ needs and pain points and mapping these requirements to the iOCO CTS solutions offerings. Relying on key vendors such as HPE, DELL, VMware, VEEAM, PURE Storage, and Nutanix to compliment the iOCO offerings. This position focuses on understanding each Client's unique needs, providing expert guidance , and ensuring that Clients maximise the value of their investments.
What you'll do:
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of datacentre, connectivity and end-user-compute offerings and related strategic vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Understand each Client's specific business goals and challenges and align the related solutions accordingly. Develop new business opportunities with new clients...
