Job Description
The Account Manager will serve as a critical bridge between the sales team and our clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance relationship management, internal coordination, and business development responsibilities to drive overall account success and satisfaction.
Act as a support partner to the sales team by assisting in client engagement activities, proposal preparation, and follow-ups on potential deals.
Maintain alignment with the sales function to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution fit.
Manage client relationships end-to-end, including addressing all account-related concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Drive the account retention strategy through consistent communication, service delivery tracking, and value-added engagements.
