Account Manager

We are hiring an Account Manager for our Tokyo-based Japan team. As a core market in Asia, Japan is central to our client base and business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client‑focused Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Japanese clients. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality service. Experience in Custody and Settlement is required, and knowledge of funds business is an advantage. A collaborative approach and positive attitude are also highly valued.
