Responsibilities
Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service. You will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and responds to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner. Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses will also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.
