What You'll Do
Be the trusted point of contact for corporate clients on employee benefits matters
Manage renewals, policy placement, and day-to-day servicing smoothly and efficiently
Handle client enquiries and support claims coordination with insurers
Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Prepare renewal reports, RFPs, and client presentations
Clearly explain policy features, coverage, and changes to clients
Work closely with insurers to negotiate renewal terms and resolve issues
Identify cross-selling opportunities while ensuring full compliance
What We're Looking For
Diploma or higher with prior insurance industry experience
BCCITB certification is a plus
