Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the CEO to manage his workload and activities.
• Coordinating and maintaining the agenda of the CEO, including organizing all appointments.
• Ensuring relevant content is posted on the CEO's social media and following the calendar made by our marketing team.
• Following up on important deadlines and proactively reminding the CEO.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, both in Dutch and English. French or German is a plus.
• Approachable and easily accessible via different channels.
• Quick thinker and fast learner with the ability to structure and prioritize tasks.
