We are seeking an experienced and professional Accounts Officer to join our Export Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling export documentation, bank communication, and bookkeeping. The role involves managing export-related financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
1. Bank Communication
:
Liaise with banks for export-related transactions, including LCs, TTs, and other payments.
Coordinate with banks for documentation and resolve any issues promptly.
2. Export Documentation
:
Prepare and process export documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
