Account Manager - Landscape Maintenance

We are looking for an Account Manager for our landscape maintenance accounts in San Jose, CA. You’ll be the primary contact for your clients, building long‑term relationships and focusing on customer service to ensure clients receive everything they need, including proposals for extra work, from which you will receive commissions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.

Perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.

Facilitate the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.

Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clients.

Develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients while maintaining acceptable gross margins.

Provide feedback to the operations team based on your walkthroughs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of landscape industry experience.
