Account Manager (Large Enterprise Group)
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Large Enterprise Group and serve as a trusted business partner to our enterprise customers. In this full-time position based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening relationships with key accounts in the large enterprise segment of our business imaging solutions portfolio.
What you'll be doing
Proactively manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts through consultative sales, solution development, and ongoing client relationship management
Understand customer business needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver comprehensive imaging solutions and exceptional customer service
