Account Manager

About the Role:


We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager to handle the daily management and execution of client social media accounts. If you’re organized, love content, and have a strong grip on what makes social media work, this role is for you.





Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Ensure posts go out on time, with correct captions, hashtags, and formatting

• Monitor client accounts daily for engagement, mentions, and trends

• Coordinate with the content team to align posting schedule with campaign plans

• Support in writing simple captions and adapting content per platform

• Track and report basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)

• Handle community management (responding to DMs, comments, etc. professionally)

• Assist in content planning and monthly calendar prep
