Account Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / FCA Client Partner to own and grow our Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) account. This role combines full account ownership with a strong focus on net-new revenue growth , strategic relationship management, and long-term account expansion.

The successful candidate will bring deep experience in managing complex public sector or regulated industry accounts and a strong track record of delivering multimillion-pound revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the FCA account, ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Deliver £5M–£8M annual revenue target through account expansion and new opportunity creation
• Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
• Build senior-level relationships within FCA (CIO, Programme Directors, Procurement, etc.)
• Identify, qualify, and close net-new business opportunities...
