Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to expand our market presence in South Luzon and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, target-oriented, and experienced in solution selling with strong client engagement skills, particularly at the C-level.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Business Unit Head and align sales strategies with business objectives.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining monthly performance at no less than 150% of the annual quota.
Grow MDTI's market presence and expand the customer base within the South Luzon territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through consistent engagement.
Spend at least 60% of working time in client meetings and business development activities.
Apply C-level and solution-selling approaches to effectively position MDTI's total solution strategy.
