About the role
:

The Account Manager will be the relationship steward and growth partner for existing clients. Their mandate will be to retain and expand client accounts across industries, enhance client experience and satisfaction, and translate operational performance into commercial growth through renewals, upsells, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
:

Account Management

• Own post-sales relationship with assigned enterprise clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact for service, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key accounts.
• Manage renewals and ensure SLA compliance.

Revenue Growth

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
