Job Description: As a Sr. Account Manager of the Company, your goal is to maximize the long term value of clients by building relationships with broker clients and ensuring that they are perfectly satisfied with the service and value we provide in order to retain partnerships with them.
Responsibilities: ● Positively impacting client retention through effective, efficient onboarding and maintaining the highest service level. ● Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts (Key Accounts) ● Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives ● Prepare monthly performance reports to clearly communicate the progress of contracted executions ● Ensuring consistent touch points with assigned clients and assisting Key Account Manager(s) where needed Develop new business with existing clients and/or manage renewal process ● Onboarding of clients through welcome emails and welcome ...
