Account Manager

Primarily responsible for driving business growth of the enterprise segment through expansion of new logos and strategic enterprise markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
• Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
• Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts.
• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
• Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
