Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Manager to drive revenue and occupancy across a portfolio of retail destinations in the North West of England. This is a hands-on role focused on turning under-used retail space into vibrant, income-generating environments, while building strong local business relationships and supporting independent and growing businesses to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed sales and occupancy targets
- Identify and secure new occupiers for vacant and promotional retail space
- Build strong partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage agreements through to completion
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective occupiers
- Attend networking events to generate leads and promote opportunities
