We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh’s Private Equity and M&A Team (PEMA) Team. This role will be based in Shanghai.

Marsh’s Private Equity and M&A Team (PEMA) is a dedicated global team of risk and insurance advisors focused exclusively on private equity and alternative investment firms, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors. The PEMA team’s core products and services focus on managing three key risk areas:

Fund-level risk M&A transactional risk Investment portfolio risk

The PEMA team is expanding in Greater China and currently has six members across the Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong offices. The team includes ex-M&A lawyers from top-tier international law firms, ex-Big 4 financial advisors, and insurance specialists.
