About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive growth and manage relationships for our Technical Training and Professional Services business in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to combine revenue generation with strategic account management, working directly with customers across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.
In this role, you'll be responsible for 60% revenue generation (new business development, upsells, renewals) and 40% account management (relationship building, customer success, retention). You'll serve as the primary point of contact for direct customers in Mexico, partnering closely with our services delivery and training operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
