THE ROLE

The Signal Group is one of Australia’s largest staff identification and branded merchandise providers. Based from our manufacturing facility and distribution centre in South-East Queensland, we service clients Australia wide, supplying customised name badges, personal and ID security solutions, awards, trophies, promotional products, workwear, apparel, headwear and signage

In this role you will focus on name badges, personal and ID Security solutions customer service and sales, providing on time and accurate quoting, price maintenance, order entry and product sourcing and supply. The role will entail servicing many existing clients but also will involve targeting new clients.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Sales performance and growth.
• Accurate order entry and invoicing of customer orders.
• Timely response to telephone and e-mail queries & opportunities.
