Account Manager

A supplier of analytical testing services to the food industry is seeking two Account Managers to join their teams in Cape Town and Johannesburg. The position involves managing a portfolio of clients, acquiring new clients, generating revenue, acting as a brand ambassador and providing a positive client experience, and sales administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

• General Client Relationship Management, including acting as a brand ambassador and responding quickly to client requests, queries, or complaints.
• General Client Service, including supporting clients with a sound knowledge of the products, services, processes, policies, and procedure offered, and supporting clients with technical information to understand tests and test results.
