You’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on retention and growth. You’ll be the main point of contact, building strong relationships, reducing churn, and driving product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own retention and renewal outcomes for your customer portfolio
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement save strategies
• Drive Net Revenue Retention through upsell and cross-sell
• Build trusted customer relationships with regular engagement
• Deliver training and support to increase product adoption
• Act as escalation point for customer issues
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
