Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our major private sector clients. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through strategic account planning and service excellence.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned major private sector clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.

• Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
