Account Manager - Passive Fire

We’re looking for a Passive Fire Account Manager to join Capital Fire Doors, part of the Complii Group. This role covers the South-East and is focused on managing existing regional and small customer accounts, while also supporting new business opportunities with leads provided by the business.

The role is predominantly account management, with a strong focus on retaining customers and growing revenue across maintenance, projects, installations and small works within passive fire, specifically fire doors and fire-stopping. It’s a field-based, hybrid role offering autonomy, ownership of your territory and long-term career potential.
