As an
Account Manager
at CorpCloud, you'll be the trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for our key clients. Your role will ensure customers harness the full potential of our solutions while forging strong, lasting relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone or email
- Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
Account Management:
- Monitor and analyse account performance
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
