Role Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for owning and managing relationships with assigned clients across the full customer lifecycle.From onboarding and implementation through post–go-live support and ongoing account management. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, SLA compliance, adoption of the SaaS portal, and proactive resolution of issues to prevent churn.The Account Manager serves as the key conduit between clients and internal teams, including the Leadership Team, Technical Teams, and Business Analysts, ensuring client needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
