Account Manager

We are hiring an Account Manager specializing in SketchUp and its ecosystem of tools. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with clients across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, construction, and related fields, driving adoption of SketchUp products, and ensuring long-term customer success and revenue growth.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients using SketchUp (Free, Shop, Pro, Studio) and complementary tools like Layout, StyleBuilder, and SketchUp's 3D Warehouse.
• Drive subscription renewals, upsells, and cross-sells of SketchUp solutions, as well as integrated offerings (e.g., Trimble Connect, Scan Essentials, V-Ray for SketchUp).
• Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workflow training, and implementation support that align with client design and project management needs.
