Job Description

I. PURPOSE

The role involves directly engaging with customers to drive revenue by identifying market opportunities, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and successfully closing sales deals.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategic sales plans that anticipate competitor moves and position Trends as the preferred solution for clients.
  • Identify and secure new clients to grow the business footprint.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to protect and increase revenue.
  • Build strong connections with partners, vendors, and clients.
  • Prepare proposals, bid documents, statements of work, and contracts.
  • Regularly track, update, and validate sales opportunities using Salesforce.
  • Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
