Account Manager

We're hiring an experienced Account Manager to own end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements. This role acts as the operational lead, ensuring projects are delivered on time, scope is well-managed, clients are kept informed, billing inputs are accurate, and internal teams are aligned.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing implementation-heavy projects in martech, RevOps, agency, or SaaS environments, is highly proficient in ClickUp (or similar tools), and is comfortable running agile workflows, sprints, capacity planning, and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client kickoffs, ongoing calls, and weekly status updates
• Own and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks in ClickUp
