Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships
• Manage client accounts from onboarding through campaign execution and reporting
• Understand client business goals and translate them into effective marketing strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, content) to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and performance
• Present marketing plans, performance reports, and insights to clients
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling marketing services
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction
