Account Manager

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for comprehensive client relationship management post-conversion from prospect to official client. The AM oversees the end-to-end project submission process, ensures seamless project execution, monitors deliverables, manages financial transactions including invoicing and collections, and drives client satisfaction and retention. The AM collaborates closely with the Business Development Manager to finalize deals and foster long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full ownership of client accounts following handover from the Business Development Manager, managing all facets of client engagement, communication, and project delivery.
