💼 What You’ll Be Doing



- Communicating with clients through WhatsApp, phone, and email, and App

- Managing current accounts with care and consistency

- Following up on ongoing projects and ensuring client satisfaction

- Creating and sending service proposals and quotes

- Targeting and reaching out to new potential clients

- Working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery

- Representing Velvet Services with professionalism and warmth
