The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities. This role combines sales expertise, relationship management, and a deep understanding of IT products and services. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs. The Account Executive brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to solve customer problems with appropriate SAP products for key major accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Understand client needs and business objectives, and propose appropriate IT solutions
