About this role As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role as a strategic business partner for our F&B business owner clients, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth for both our clients and the company. This position is highly collaborative, and you will report directly to the Country Manager.
What you'll do Strategise and manage a portfolio of merchants with the objective to grow overall revenue through increasing the usage of existing products and upselling of new products Establish close relationships with merchants to gain an insightful understanding of their business Engage and consult merchants periodically to conduct performance/business reviews to provide insights and recommendations to grow their revenue Market and cross-sell company's new products/services of our new business verticals, as well as improve new product adoption Protect revenue lost by reducing churn, and grow new revenue by getting key merchants onboard with our marketing campaigns and/or o...
